Verified brand knowledge
Claims and facts a person has accepted, with sources retained, so AI may use them as brand truth.

Definition
Verified brand knowledge is evidence-backed company context that a human has accepted. Sources stay attached. Candidate or inferred statements remain labeled until review.
Prompt memory (pasted notes in a chat window) is not verified knowledge. It evaporates between sessions, cannot be audited, and often mixes folklore with fact.
