These terms govern access to Narravo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Using Narravo
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that material you upload or ask Narravo to retrieve may be processed for your intended use.
Subscriptions and renewal
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period and renew automatically until canceled. You can manage renewal, payment details, invoices, and cancellation through the billing portal. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
Your content
You retain ownership of the brand information, source material, instructions, and content you provide. You grant Narravo the limited rights needed to host, process, and transform that material to deliver the service. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any output before publishing or relying on it.
AI-assisted output
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Source links, confidence labels, Brand Guard, and human review reduce risk but do not replace professional judgment. Do not use the service as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, or other high-stakes decisions.
Acceptable use
Do not use Narravo to violate law or another person's rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, misrepresent identity or evidence, generate abusive material, or overload or reverse engineer the service. We may limit or suspend access when needed to protect users or the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Narravo reliable, but the service is provided on an as-available basis and may change as the product develops. We may update these terms and will post the revised date on this page. Material changes apply prospectively.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Narravo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
