This policy explains what Narravo processes when you use the service and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We collect account details, workspace membership, billing status, the brand information and source material you choose to provide, generated content, review decisions, and basic technical records needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, provide the Living Brand Graph and content workflow, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, support customers, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
AI and service providers
When AI features are enabled, relevant instructions and selected brand context may be sent to the configured AI provider to produce the requested result. Payment details are processed by Stripe and are not stored in Narravo's application database. Hosting, authentication, and database providers process data only to operate the service.
Public sources
If you ask Narravo to research a website or article, the service retrieves public pages needed for that request. It does not bypass access controls, and retrieved evidence remains connected to the resulting knowledge where the product supports it.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and workspace data while your account is active and as needed for security, billing, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion. Some records may be retained where the law requires it.
Security
Narravo uses authenticated workspace boundaries, server-side provider credentials, and role checks for protected data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
